Job summary

Raffles World Academy - Aljada in Sharjah is seeking IB-PYP & MYP Spanish teachers to join the team in August 2026 at a new IB continuum school within Innoventures Education. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Spanish with teaching certification (PGCE/PGDE), at least three years of teaching experience, and strong communication and technology skills.

Master’s degree preferred, with opportunities for leadership.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years teaching experience, preferably in a PYP school or other outcomes-based education system.
• Bachelor’s degree in Spanish Language with a recognised teaching certification (PGCE/PGDE).
• Master’s degree or higher preferred.
• Experience with assessment for learning is an asset.
• Strong communication and technology skills required.

Responsibilities

• Teach IB-PYP and MYP Spanish within a new IB continuum school.
• Contribute to curriculum delivery and student assessment in line with IB requirements.

Requirements
