Job summary

GEMS World Academy Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced Arabic Teacher to join from September 2026. You will deliver Arabic lessons, plan engaging sessions, and monitor student progress in line with ADEK and MOE requirements.

You will promote UAE national identity, collaborate across the Arabic Department, engage parents, and contribute to school-wide initiatives, competitions, and enrichment activities. A supportive environment and IB training opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
• Minimum 2-3 years teaching Arabic.
• Experience with ADEK MOE inspections and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality Arabic lessons aligned with MOE/ADEK standards.
• Plan engaging lessons for diverse learners.
• Monitor progress and use data to improve outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with MOE/ADEK policies.
• Engage parents and foster UAE national identity.
