Job summary

Egis in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced I&C Supervisor to oversee calibration and maintenance activities for the refuelling outages. You will lead I&C maintenance teams, ensure safety and quality, and coordinate with departments to meet plant readiness objectives.

Key duties include documentation of equipment history, ensuring M&T are calibrated to standards, and supporting complex outage tests. A Bachelor’s degree in related engineering and 8 years in nuclear/power plants are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Instrumentation & Control, Electronics, or Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• 8 years in Nuclear/Power Plant industries, including I&C maintenance.
• Experience calibrating pressure, flow, level and temperature transmitters.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise I&C maintenance teams to ensure calibration and maintenance tasks are done safely and on time.
• Act as Head of I&C Maintenance in the absence of the Head (DOW basis).
• Oversee calibration equipment procurement and tool readiness.
• Lead troubleshooting of I&C systems and support plant tests.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and proper documentation.
