Job summary

Agile Consultants in Dubai seeks a skilled Hydraulic Engineer to inspect, diagnose, repair, and maintain hydraulic equipment and systems, including pumps, motors, cylinders, valves and power units.

You will perform pressure and performance testing, identify root causes of failures, prepare inspection and service reports, supervise workshop technicians, coordinate repair requirements with planning and suppliers, and ensure safety and quality in all activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering as required.
• 3–4 years of experience in hydraulic equipment repair and maintenance.
• Experience with hydraulic pumps, motors, cylinders, valves and power units.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, diagnose, and troubleshoot hydraulic equipment and systems.
• Repair and overhaul hydraulic components and power units.
• Conduct pressure and performance testing using hydraulic test benches.
• Read hydraulic diagrams and engineering drawings for guidance.
• Identify root causes and recommend corrective actions.
• Prepare inspection and service reports; ensure quality compliance.
• Coordinate with service technicians, planning, and suppliers.
• Supervise workshop technicians and maintain tools and inventory.
• Follow health, safety and environmental procedures; support field service.
