Job summary

Boston Scientific Corporation is seeking an experienced Business Process Analyst to optimize Supply Chain decision-making through advanced analytics, SAP-driven processes, and AI-powered improvements. The role emphasizes collaboration with business stakeholders, product teams, and technical experts to translate needs into scalable solutions.

Hybrid work model with in-office presence required three days per week.

Qualifications

Experience in business process analysis methodologies.
Experience supporting analytics operations including ETL pipelines, databases, dashboards, and version control systems.
Strong collaboration with stakeholders, product teams and technical experts.

Responsibilities

Elicit, capture and document business user and system requirements for analytics in an SAP-driven Supply Chain environment.
Deliver end-to-end decision-making process improvements aligned with business strategy and objectives.
Lead change management activities including stakeholder engagement and training sessions.
Build and promote Supply Chain domain knowledge to ensure effective knowledge sharing.
Maintain high-quality business analysis documentation and process artifacts while supporting agile delivery.
Conduct UAT, data analysis and data profiling activities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful solution delivery and adoption.
Promote the responsible use of AI to improve analysis and outcomes.
