Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in digital marketing with a strong SEO focus or project management in a digital environment with SEO literacy.
• Demonstrated experience leading internal teams or cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong understanding of SEO concepts including technical SEO, on-page optimization, content strategy, and keyword research.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to simplify technical content for non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee the SEO team.
• Manage SEO workflows to ensure timely delivery of audits, strategies, and recommendations.
• Build strong relationships with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Product, IT, and Content.
• Monitor the performance of SEO programs and report insights to senior leadership.
