Job summary

Aldar Education seeks an IT Systems & Data Analyst for Cranleigh Abu Dhabi, a prominent Aldar school. You will collaborate with school leadership and Group IT to implement improvements, optimise cloud-based applications, and drive data-driven decision making in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, or related field.
• 4-6 years in IT systems administration, BI, analytics, or educational tech environments.
• Experience with enterprise systems, databases, and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage, monitor, and maintain core school technology systems for performance, reliability, availability, and security.
• Lead point of contact for school-based business systems; provide troubleshooting and system improvements.
• Develop and enhance dashboards, reports, and data visualisations for operational, financial, academic, and people-related decisions.
• Extract, validate, cleanse, analyse, and interpret data from multiple platforms for accurate reporting.
• Produce regular and ad hoc reports for school leadership, regional teams, and corporate stakeholders.
• Support MIS, HR, finance, learning tech, and cloud-based applications; optimise configurations.
• Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and improve efficiency through tech solutions.
• Collaborate with leadership to translate business requirements into practical system and reporting solutions.
• Monitor data quality across systems and implement corrective actions.
• Assist with system integrations between school apps and corporate platforms.
• Support technology projects, upgrades, migrations, and testing with minimal disruption.
• Maintain documentation on systems, reporting processes, data structures, and integrations.
• Support data protection, cybersecurity, and governance requirements.
• Provide guidance on MS 365 and digital solutions to staff.
• Monitor usage trends and propose improvements and investments.
• Maintain inventories of assets and licences, ensuring licensing compliance.
