A technology services company is seeking an accomplished Infrastructure Technical Manager in Dubai. The role involves full ownership of enterprise-scale infrastructure operations and leadership of multi-tier technical teams. Key qualifications include extensive experience in infrastructure management and deep technical proficiency in networking, virtualization, and disaster recovery. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership and customer-facing skills. This is a managerial position demanding over 20 years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• 20 years of infrastructure experience.
• 57 years in senior infrastructure management roles (Technical).
• Strong grasp of ITIL-based service governance, SLAs, KPIs and process discipline.
• Excellent leadership, presentation and customer-facing communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end infrastructure operations across Data Centers and Hyper-Converged Infrastructure.
• Ensure availability, scalability and health across all interdependent infrastructure components.
• Act as Major Incident Manager for swift recovery and stakeholder communication.
• Design and manage the Annual Infrastructure Calendar including upgrades and compliance audits.
• Lead and mentor multi-tier technical teams in a 24x7 support environment.
