Job summary

ACCA Careers in Abu Dhabi is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to manage invoicing, collections, and reconciliations for a dynamic finance team.

You will prepare AR aging reports, perform bank reconciliations, and support month-end close while maintaining audit-ready records. A Bachelor’s degree with 2–5 years AR experience, ERP/MS Excel proficiency, and an own visa are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 2–5 years of AR and bank reconciliation experience.
• Strong reconciliation and analytical skills.
• Experience with ERP/accounting systems.
• Proficiency in MS Excel.
• Good communication skills for collection follow-ups.
• OWN VISA.

Responsibilities

• Generate and issue customer invoices.
• Monitor customer accounts and follow up on outstanding payments.
• Prepare and maintain AR aging reports.
• Perform regular customer reconciliations and resolve disputes.
• Record receipts and allocate payments accurately.
• Conduct daily/weekly/monthly bank reconciliations.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies in bank and ledger balances.
• Support month-end closing and reporting activities.
• Maintain proper documentation for audit and compliance purposes.
