Job summary

NMC Healthcare is seeking a maintenance technician specialized in refrigeration and air conditioning to support the Abu Dhabi facility. The role requires performing routine and breakdown maintenance, cleaning filters, and servicing AHUs and split A/C units to ensure system reliability.

Fluency in English is essential; Arabic is advantageous but not required. A Diploma/degree in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning and at least three years of relevant experience are expected for this full-time,

Qualifications

A Diploma/graduate in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning or its equivalent.
At least three (3) years experience in the same field.
Fluent in spoken and written English. Arabic language is advantageous but not essential.

Responsibilities

To clean the filters regularly and as required.
To carry out routine / breakdown maintenance.
To actively involve in evolving long term planning for improvement in the system.
Change the filters yearly.
Check the belts of the AHUs.
To do servicing of split A/Cs and AHUs.
To take stock of the items and inform the maintenance in charge to arrange for necessary material(s).
To convey day to day problems/issues to the maintenance in charge.
To carry out necessary preventive maintenance on all A/C equipments.
To perform any related job / work when assigned by the superior.
