Job description

1. To maintain A/C log books.

2. To clean the filters regularly and as required.

3. To maintain AHUs, FCUs, deep freezers, split A/Cs, etc.

4. To carry out routine / breakdown maintenance.

5. To actively involve in evolving long term planning for improvement in the system.

6. Change the filters yearly.

7. Check the belts of the AHUs

8. To do servicing of split A/Cs and AHUs

9. To take stock of the items and inform the engineering manager to arrange for necessary material(s).

10. To convey day to day problems/issues to the engineering manager

11. To carry out necessary preventive maintenance on all A/C equipments.

12. To perform any related job / work when assigned by the superior.
