Job summary

Noon is seeking an AC/Cold-room Technician to install, maintain and repair HVAC and refrigeration systems across our UAE operations. The role focuses on AC, cold rooms, preventive maintenance, and safety compliance within retail and storage environments.

Candidate should have 3–5 years of experience, a Diploma/ITI in Refrigeration or HVAC, and a UAE driving license. Will report to Facilities Management and collaborate with operations teams.

Qualifications

• Diploma or ITI in Refrigeration, HVAC or related field.
• EPA/F-Gas certification is a plus.
• 3–5 years of HVAC and refrigeration maintenance experience.
• Valid UAE driving license is a must.
• Experience in retail, warehousing, or cold storage environments is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair AC systems including split units, VRF systems, and ducted units.
• Inspect and service cold rooms and refrigeration units to meet storage requirements.
• Diagnose faults and perform troubleshooting to restore functionality quickly.
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations; handle refrigerants responsibly.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and provide reports to the Facility Manager.
