Qualifications

• 8-10 years of experience in HVAC design projects, service, technical support or training within the air-conditioning industry.
• Willingness to travel across the MEA region.
• Ability to work outside typical office environments when required.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with OEMs providing guidance and technical solutions for both existing and new air-conditioning products.
• Assist OEMs with the development and optimization of variable-speed air-conditioning systems supporting testing.
• Manage OEM warranty claims and provide troubleshooting support for both production and field failures.

Skills

Strong knowledge of thermodynamics

Technical expertise in troubleshooting

Strong collaboration and communication skills

Competent in Microsoft Office and technical software tools

Education

Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical & Electronics Engineering
