We’re Hiring: Application Engineer – Mechanical

Location: UAE

Department: Engineering

About the Role

We are looking for an Application Engineer – Mechanical to join our Engineering Department. The role is responsible for work order processing, preparing BOM, catalogues, IOM, technical data, and specification sheets. You will also evaluate SKM selection software, and modify/customize products as per customer requirements through the Contract Review Form (CRF).

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare work orders for standard and customized jobs, ensuring accuracy and timelines.
• Select appropriate materials as per project specifications and design guidelines.
• Verify wiring diagrams and maintain job history database.
• Process modifications and coordinate with Sales/OPT teams on work order issues.
• Prepare catalogues, IOM, technical data sheets, specification sheets, and item codes.
• Check and evaluate SKM selection software and catalogue ratings.
• Modify and customize products as per customer requirements (CRF).
• Provide technical data for project submittals.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electromechanical Engineering.
• 1–3 years of experience in HVAC application, design, and product development (AC manufacturing preferred).
• Knowledge of HVAC equipment design, testing, diagnostics, and standards.
• Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and ERP systems.
• Strong logical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Certification in HVAC products to regional and international standards is a plus.
