We are currently seeking a dynamic and qualified Humanities Teacher to join our British Curriculum branch in Shakhbout City.
Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, prepare and deliver engaging Humanities lessons (Geography, History and related subjects) aligned with the British Curriculum.
  • Foster critical thinking, cultural awareness and global citizenship in students.
  • Assess, monitor and record student progress, providing constructive feedback to support individual learning needs.
  • Create a positive, safe and inclusive classroom environment that motivates students.
  • Collaborate with colleagues, school leadership and parents to enhance student learning and wellbeing.
  • Integrate technology and innovative teaching practices to enrich the learning experience.
  • Participate in school events, extracurricular activities and professional development sessions.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Education or a relevant field (History, Geography, Humanities or related discipline).
  • Teaching qualification (PGCE, QTS or equivalent).
  • Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in a British Curriculum school (UAE experience preferred).
  • Strong classroom management and communication skills.
  • Passion for teaching and inspiring students.
  • Proficiency in English (spoken and written) is mandatory.
  • ADEK approval or eligibility is an advantage.
