Job Overview

The Human Resources Officer handles the daily administrative and HR duties while assisting with recruitment, record maintenance and payroll processing, and provide clerical support to all employees.

Key Duties and Responsibility

  • Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties.
  • Support all internal and external HR related inquiries or requests.
  • Maintain digital and electronic records of employees and update employment and status-change data.
  • Act as the liaison between HR and employees regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations, ensuring smooth communication and prompt resolution of requests and questions.
  • Serve as point of contact with benefit vendors and administrators.
  • Assist with the recruitment process by identifying candidates, schedule interviews and perform reference checks.
  • Assist with performance management procedures.
  • Maintain calendars of HR management team.
  • Coordinate training sessions and seminars.
  • Conduct initial orientation and update records of new staff.
  • Submits employee data reports by assembling, preparing, and analyzing data.
  • Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data\information (absences, bonus, leaves, etc.)
  • Complete termination paperwork and exit interviews.
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practice.

Qualifications

  • Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in Human Resource or Business Administration from an accredited university.
  • Experience : 1-2 years working experience in related filed. Familiar with Human Resources Software.
