Job summary

IHG Hotels & Resorts in Dubai is seeking a Human Resources Intern to support engagement initiatives, communication, and events across the Holiday Inn & Staybridge Suites Dubai Business Bay cluster. You will help organize programs, craft internal collateral, and assist welfare activities while gaining hands-on exposure to HR operations.

The ideal candidate is pursuing or has recently completed a degree in HR/Business/Psychology, with strong communication, creativity, and a collaborative mindset,

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Creative, energetic, and enthusiastic about people and culture.
• Should thrive in an interactive environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Knowledge of creating online collaterals, newsletters, flayers, posters etc.

Responsibilities

• Assist in organizing colleagues’ engagement programs, celebrations, and recognition events.
• Support in developing creative ideas to improve workplace culture and employee satisfaction.
• Help manage internal communications related to engagement activities (emails, posters, newsletters, etc.).
• Leading the welfare committee and promoting active participation among its members.
• Maintain and update engagement calendars, participation records, and event costing to DHR.
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth execution of HR events and initiatives.
• Support HR in day-to-day administrative tasks as required (filing, documentation, onboarding support, etc.).
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to propose new engagement strategies.

The Holiday Inn & Staybridge Suites Dubai Business Bay, a cluster of hotels, is looking for a Human Resources - Intern to join our extraordinary team!

Conveniently located in the heart of Dubai’s Business Bay area, home of the Burj Khalifa! Minutes away from The Dubai mall, renowned Jumeirah Beach, and with convenient access to all of Dubai’s world leading tourist attractions. The Holiday Inn & Staybridge Suites Dubai Business Bay includes 275 hotel rooms as well as 120 one- and two-bedroom apartments, convenient F&B offerings & meeting and events facilities.

YOUR DAY TO DAY
