Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration, with 2-5 years of relevant experience. Currently seeking an immediately available HR Executive to join a leading Real Estate Developer in Ajman.

Job Responsibilities:

The HR Executive will support the HR team in all aspects of human resources operations for a real estate development company. This includes recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, HR administration, compliance with UAE labour laws, and supporting the development of HR policies and practices that foster a high-performance, compliant, and positive work culture.

Qualifications:
