Position Overview:

We are looking for an experienced HR Officer / HR Coordinator to join our Dubai office and support the HR operations across Astrea Group’s entities. The ideal candidate must have proven HR experience within the UAE, with a solid understanding of local labour laws, recruitment practices, and HR compliance procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment — job postings, candidate sourcing, interviews, and onboarding.
  • Handle employee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring smooth transitions and proper documentation.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and update HR systems (HRIS) regularly.
  • Coordinate payroll, leave management, and benefits administration in line with UAE regulations.
  • Ensure strict compliance with UAE Labor Law and internal HR policies.
  • Support and organize training, development, and performance management initiatives.
  • Address employee queries, grievances, and disciplinary matters in a professional and confidential manner.
  • Prepare periodic HR reports and analytics for management review.
  • Act as a liaison between employees, management, and external authorities when needed (e.g., MOHRE, visa, PRO coordination).

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of solid HR experience in the UAE (mandatory).
  • Strong understanding of UAE Labor Law, employment visa procedures, and HR best practices.
  • Experience using HRMS / HRIS systems and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
  • Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
  • High level of confidentiality, professionalism, and integrity.
