Our client, a multinational company in the FMCG industry is looking to hire a HR Business Partner & Talent Acquisition Strategist based in Dubai. Budget AED 20K – 25K + Benefits

Job Summary

The HR Business Partner (HRBP) & Talent Acquisition Strategist will serve as a strategic partner to the business units in the UAE, aligning HR strategies with overall business objectives and driving organizational performance. This dual role will lead the end-to-end talent acquisition process, from workforce planning to onboarding, while providing expert guidance on talent management, employee relations, and change management initiatives specific to the food industry in the UAE.

Key Responsibilities
HR Business Partner (HRBP)
  • Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with senior leadership and department heads to understand business needs and develop and implement effective HR strategies and policies that support business growth and a high-performance culture.
  • Talent & Performance Management: Drive the performance management cycle, including goal setting, performance reviews, and calibration sessions. Coach managers on feedback, career development, and leadership skills.
  • Employee Relations & Engagement: Manage complex employee relations issues, conduct thorough investigations, and provide guidance on disciplinary actions in compliance with UAE & GCC labor laws. Champion employee engagement and well-being initiatives to foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Organizational Development: Provide input on department structure, workforce planning, and succession planning to ensure a healthy talent pipeline for key positions.
  • Compensation & Benefits: Work closely with the finance department and HR specialists on compensation and benefits projects, ensuring competitive pay structures and compliance with market trends and company policies.
Talent Acquisition Strategist
  • End-to-End Recruitment: Oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle for all roles using internal systems and external partners.
  • Sourcing Strategy: Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract high-caliber local and international talent, building and maintaining a strong talent pipeline.
  • Employer Branding: Enhance the company's employer brand in the local market to position it as an employer of choice in the food industry.
  • Recruitment Analytics & Compliance: Utilize data and metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, cost-per-hire) to inform strategic decisions and optimize recruitment processes. Ensure strict adherence to recruitment policies, standards, and UAE employment laws.
  • Onboarding & Integration: Coordinate a smooth new hire orientation and integration program in collaboration with the Learning & Development team.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required. HR certifications (e.g., CIPD, SHRM) are a strong plus.
  • Experience: A minimum of 5-8 years of progressive HR experience, with proven expertise in both HR Business Partnering and end-to-end Talent Acquisition in the UAE / GCC, ideally within the food, beverage, or FMCG industry.
  • Business Acumen: Deep understanding of the food business operations, market challenges, and an ability to translate business needs into actionable HR initiatives.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with experience in using HR data and metrics to guide decision-making.
  • Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional communication, influencing, and negotiation skills to build strong, trusting relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficient in HRIS/ATS systems (e.g., Workday, SAP) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Compliance: In-depth knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations.
