Job summary

A leading company in investment is seeking a Human Resources Assistant based in Dubai. The successful candidate will assist in recruitment, manage payroll, and ensure compliance with UAE Labor laws. This position requires a Bachelor's degree in HR or Business Administration and at least two years of relevant experience.

Human Resources Assistant

Key Responsibilities :


Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process across various business units
Ensure compliance with UAE Labor Law and HR best practices

Support onboarding and offboarding processes
Handle employee relations, grievance procedures, and conflict resolution
Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
