Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai for a Human Resources Administrative Officer. The primary responsibilities include coordinating HR tasks such as managing learning management system, employee relations, admin tasks, and supporting talent management initiatives. The role also entails general administrative support which is 60% of the duties, record-keeping, and assisting with workplace surveys and corporate training programs. The ideal candidate will act as a key link between the organization and its team members, contributing to a productive work environment.

Qualifications
  • HR Management skills, expertise in administration, and experience with HR
  • Proficiency in handling Employee Relations and facilitating effective communication among workforce
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills with a keen attention to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to handle sensitive matters professionally
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
  • Previous experience in HR roles or administrative positions in the UAE is highly advantageous
  • Spouse visa is an advantage
