About the Role
As HR Manager – GCC, you’ll be the strategic architect behind the workforce that delivers our regional projects, ensuring every HR initiative translates into measurable business outcomes. You'll bring your expertise to the forefront, implementing best‑in‑class HR practices across recruitment, talent development, employee relations, and compliance within a fast‑paced, project‑driven environment—particularly across the GCC region and India. What You’ll Do
- Collaborate with senior leadership and project managers to align HR strategies with business goals and project timelines across multiple regions.
- Lead recruitment for critical roles (engineers, project managers, skilled trades), develop retention strategies, and manage onboarding tailored for both site and office‑based teams across the GCC and India.
- Champion a positive and inclusive workplace, resolve complex employee issues, and implement impactful performance management and talent development programs.
- Oversee competitive compensation structures, manage benefits administration, and ensure compliance with regional labor laws and benchmarks.
- Partner closely with HSEQ teams to integrate HR practices that reinforce a robust safety culture—an essential pillar of the construction industry.
- Develop and implement HR policies, ensure adherence to legislative requirements, and manage HR reporting across all jurisdictions.
- Introduce and optimize HR technology solutions to streamline processes, enhance efficiency, and elevate the employee experience.
What We’re Looking For
- A seasoned HR professional with a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree or HR certification such as SHRM, CIPD, or HRCI is a plus).
- 10–15 years of progressive HR experience, including 4–6 years in a managerial role within the construction, engineering, or large industrial project‑based sectors.
- Knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and HR practices across the GCC, with strong familiarity with UAE and Saudi Arabia employment requirements.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and strong relationships at all levels — from site teams to senior executives.
- A strategic thinker with a hands‑on mindset, able to translate business objectives into practical HR initiatives.
- Proven ability to manage complex employee‑relations matters, lead organizational change, and foster collaboration across diverse cultural environments.
