Responsible in coordination and supporting operational activities related to policy implementation, recruitment, succession planning, talent management, employee relations, and training & development. Also responsible for associated database management. Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and system. Provide excellent assistance and support to employees and managers.
Key Responsibilities
HR Operations & Employee Support
- Collaborate closely with the Human Capital team to provide smooth and timely HR operational services to employees in the assigned location.
- Manage HR processes including onboarding, transfers, employee records, compensation updates, immigration, and health insurance administration.
- Serve as a primary contact for employees and functional leads on HR-related matters.
- Maintain and update HR databases, employee files, and manual filing systems in compliance with UAE labor laws and corporate document retention requirements.
- Prepare and submit HR reports and documentation as required.
- Support in resolving day-to-day employee relations issues in coordination with the HR Manager.
- Assist in implementing HR policies, procedures, and employee engagement initiatives.
Onboarding & Employee Life Cycle
- Facilitate new employee onboarding, including orientation sessions and training on company policies and expectations.
- Maintain accurate records of employee attendance, leave, and time-off in the HR system.
EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) Responsibilities
- Adhere to all established EHS policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
- Use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) when required.
- Understand and comply with emergency and evacuation procedures.
- Perform assigned tasks responsibly and safely, ensuring no risk to self or others.
- Assist in preparing EHS risk assessments and report any hazards, near misses, or incidents to the Company HSE team.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in HR operations, preferably within the UAE.
- Strong knowledge of UAE Labor Law and HR best practices.
- Proficiency in HR systems and MS Office applications.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
