What's the Role?

We are looking for a UAE National to join our HR community at Hilti Emirates, specifically in an HR Business Partner role. We are looking for an individual who will act as a strategic collaborator to integrate the Human Resources solutions with the business plans to support the delivery of current and strategic business priorities. You will influence, educate, develop and support managers and team members to drive business performance to achieve the company’s growth strategy, and build the bridge between business results and people.

What does the role involve?

As the HR Strategic Partner, you will deliver business critical advice and strategic support on all aspects of Human Resources and Employee Relations. Through acting as the strategic partner to the management team, you will require complete understanding of the business to assess the people implications of various business strategies and solve business problems through HR based solutions.

What you need is :
  • UAE National with a Family Book.
  • A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in human resources, or Business. A master’s degree is an advantage.
  • Minimum 2 years in Human Resources Business Partner and recruitment positions.
  • Specialized training in employment law and preventive labor relations is an advantage
  • Knowledge and experience in employment law, compensation, organizational planning, recruitment, organization development, employee relations, safety, employee engagement, and employee development.
  • A high level of written and verbal communication skills, in English and Arabic
  • An enthusiastic attitude, with a result-oriented and pro-active mindset
  • Outstanding interpersonal relationship building and employee coaching skills.
  • Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment. Must include knowledge of Excel and skills in Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) – . Workday.
