Job summary

Colart is seeking an experienced HubSpot Solutions Architect to lead design, configuration, optimisation and governance of the global HubSpot platform. You will own the CRM data structures and oversee integrations with ERP, Shopify, BI and other enterprise systems.

In this contract role, you will collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Customer Service and Leadership to translate business requirements into scalable HubSpot solutions and ensure platform governance and security across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on HubSpot experience.
• Deep expertise in Sales Hub, Marketing Hub, Service Hub and Operations Hub.
• Strong CRM architecture and solution design experience.
• Knowledge of REST APIs, Webhooks and Enterprise Integration patterns.

Responsibilities

This role combines deep technical expertise with strong business process knowledge to ensure HubSpot becomes the central platform for managing customer relationships, sales pipeline management, marketing automation, customer service interactions, and business reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the overall architecture and design of Colart's HubSpot environment.
• Define best practices for configuration, security, governance, and scalability.
• Design CRM data structures including Contacts, Companies, Deals, Tickets, Custom Objects and Associations.
• Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Service and Leadership teams.
• Translate business requirements into scalable HubSpot solutions.
• Design and oversee integrations with ERP, eCommerce, BI and enterprise systems.
• Lead CRM implementation projects and enhancement initiatives.
• Manage third-party HubSpot partners and consultants.

HubSpot Administration & Configuration

• Configure and maintain Sales Hub, Marketing Hub, Service Hub and Operations Hub.
• Build and manage pipelines, workflows, forms, campaigns, lead scoring models and lifecycle stages.
• Implement governance processes to ensure platform consistency.
• Manage permissions, security and data ownership models.

Integration Architecture

• Design integrations with Infor M3 ERP, Shopify, Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, PIM and WMS platforms.
• Develop API integration standards and data synchronisation strategies.
• Define master data ownership and governance processes.
• Support middleware and integration technologies.

Essential Skills & Experience

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on HubSpot experience.
• Deep expertise in Sales Hub, Marketing Hub, Service Hub and Operations Hub.
• Strong CRM architecture and solution design experience.
• Knowledge of REST APIs, Webhooks and Enterprise Integration patterns.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience working within global organisations.

Desirable Skills

• Experience with Microsoft Fabric and Power BI.
• Experience with Infor M3 ERP.
• Knowledge of eCommerce and Shopify.
