Job summary

Ultimate HR Solutions is seeking an HSSE professional to support safe, compliant into-plane fuelling operations at DXB. You will drive day-to-day HSSE implementation, align with JIG 1 standards and UAE requirements, and cultivate a proactive safety culture among ramp staff.

Your responsibilities include inspections, audits, risk controls, incident investigations, and HSSE training to fuelling teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3–5 years HSSE experience in aviation fueling, logistics, oil & gas, or industrial environments.
• Working knowledge of JIG 1 (Issue 13) and HSSE Management System (Issue 3).
• Awareness of EI/JIG 1530 and IATA fueling procedures.
• Familiarity with UAE GCAA ground operations guidance (CAAP 46).

Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor HSSE policies, procedures, and standards across into-plane fuelling operations.
• Ensure compliance with JIG 1, HSSEMS, UAE regulatory requirements, and internal policies.
• Conduct routine inspections, audits, and safety observations on airside operations.
• Identify hazards, assess risks, and implement effective control measures.
• Lead incident reporting, investigation, and root cause analysis; track corrective actions to closure.
• Deliver HSSE training, toolbox talks, and coaching to ramp and fuelling personnel.

Job description

Support safe, compliant, and efficient into-plane fuelling operations at DXB by leading day-to-day HSSE implementation. Ensure alignment with JIG 1 standards and the JIG HSSE Management System (HSSEMS), UAE regulatory requirements, and company policies. Drive a proactive safety culture, assure compliance through inspections and audits, strengthen risk controls, and develop workforce competence across ramp operations.
