Job summary

GINCO Cont. Co. LLC is seeking an HSE support professional in Sharjah, UAE, to assist with maintaining HSE documentation, registers, and records.

The role involves supporting daily site inspections and toolbox talk documentation, tracking PPE issuance, and safety training records. The candidate should have 3+ years UAE/GCC experience in HSE support, basic HSE training or certification, and strong organizational/documentation skills, plus MS Office literacy.

Qualifications

• 3+ years UAE/GCC experience in an HSE support role.
• Basic HSE awareness training or certification preferred.
• Good organizational and documentation skills.
• Basic computer literacy (MS Office).
• High school diploma or equivalent; HSE certification is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Assist with maintaining HSE documentation, registers and records.
• Support daily site inspections and toolbox talk documentation.
• Help track PPE issuance and safety training records.
• Assist in preparing HSE reports and statistics.
• Support incident reporting and follow-up documentation.
