Job summary

Insight 360 Consultants L.L.C-FZ is seeking a Safety Officer in Sharjah, UAE. The role focuses on implementing and monitoring HSE policies, conducting inspections, and delivering safety training to foster a safer workplace.

Ideal candidates hold a Diploma or Bachelor in OHS/Engineering with 2–3 years of relevant experience. UAE regulations knowledge is a plus, and strong communication and leadership skills are required.

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in occupational health & safety, Engineering or related field.
• NEBOSH IGC or equivalent HSE certification is an advantage.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Good communication and leadership skills.
• Knowledge of UAE HSE regulations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor HSE policies, procedures and safety programs.
• Conduct site inspections, risk assessments and safety audits.
• Provide safety training and toolbox talks.
• Investigate incidents and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
• Support PPE management and HSE documentation.
• Promote a strong safety culture across the team.
