A leading construction company in the UAE is seeking a proactive Project HSE Coordinator to ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards across projects. The ideal candidate possesses a bachelor's degree in a relevant field and a minimum of 3 years of experience in HSE roles. Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in an HSE role (Coordinator or Officer level).
• Prior experience in construction, oil & gas, or large-scale infrastructure projects is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Project HSE Manager in developing and implementing HSE policies.
• Conduct risk assessments and HSE training sessions for site personnel.
• Monitor daily site operations and compliance with HSE standards.
• Participate in incident reporting and corrective measures implementation.
• Maintain accurate HSE documentation and reports.
• Support coordination on HSE matters among project teams.

Skills

Strong understanding of HSE management systems and ISO standards

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Strong leadership capabilities

Attention to detail

Education

Bachelor's degree in occupational health and safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field
