Job summary

Star Services is seeking an experienced HSE Officer to monitor and enforce safety standards on offshore vessels, platforms, or barges in line with NEBOSH and TBOSIET requirements.

The role focuses on conducting safety inspections, toolbox talks, risk assessments, and supporting incident investigations, while promoting safe work practices at site.

Minimum 5 years of HSE experience and an ITI/Diploma in Engineering are required to ensure compliance with offshore HSE standards.

Qualifications

• ITI/Diploma in Engineering.
• NEBOSH IGC Level 3 certification mandatory.
• TBOSIET certification completed.
