Job summary

A leading construction company in the UAE seeks an HSE Officer responsible for ensuring health, safety, and environmental compliance at construction sites. The role requires at least 4 years of experience in HSE within the construction industry, a NEBOSH Certificate, and a Diploma or College Degree in a relevant field. The officer will conduct safety inspections, implement policies, and provide training, ensuring a safe working environment for all employees.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience in HSE within the construction industry.
• NEBOSH Certificate is mandatory.
• Additional HSE training certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Implement and enforce HSE policies and procedures.
• Monitor site activities for compliance with safety standards.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and risk assessments.
• Report unsafe conditions and take corrective actions.
• Provide safety training and toolbox talks.
• Maintain HSE documentation and safety records.
