Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and monitor HSE policies across multiple project sites in the UAE.
• Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and hazard analyses for security systems installations and operations.
• Oversee the installation, maintenance, and functionality of CCTV and access control security systems at various locations.
• Perform regular site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with UAE regulatory requirements and international HSE standards.
• Investigate safety incidents and near-misses documenting findings and implementing corrective actions.
• Prepare detailed HSE reports, documentation, and compliance records for multisite operations.
• Coordinate with project teams to ensure seamless integration of security systems while maintaining safety protocols.
• Provide HSE training and guidance to site personnel and contractors.
• Analyze safety performance data and recommend improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
• Maintain current knowledge of UAE HSE regulations and industry best practices.
• Liaise with regulatory authorities and ensure timely submission of required documentation.
