Job summary

e.construct in Dubai seeks an experienced HSE Officer with a background in the precast concrete industry to ensure Health, Safety, and Environmental standards are met across our operations.

You will lead risk assessments, inspections, incident investigations, and audits, while promoting a proactive HSE culture among multidisciplinary teams and subcontractors. IOSH/OSHA certification and 7–10 years in precast are essential, with ISO 45001/14001 knowledge a plus.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of HSE experience with proven precast concrete industry background.
• Experience with lifting operations, heavy equipment, and concrete production safety.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with HSE policies and regulations across operations.
• Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses; identify root causes and follow up on corrective actions.
• Prepare and maintain HSE documentation, training records, and safety statistics.
• Promote a proactive HSE culture and encourage hazard reporting.
