Job summary

New Way Electromechanical Contracting Company LLC.. in Abu Dhabi is seeking an HSE Engineer with 3+ years UAE experience in occupational health and safety. NEBOSH/OSHA/IOSH certification and strong knowledge of UAE safety regulations are required.

Responsibilities include toolbox talks, scaffolding inspections, MSRA preparation, obtaining work permits and ensuring on-site safety compliance. This is a full-time morning shift position based in Abu Dhabi.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years UAE experience in occupational health and safety.
• NEBOSH / OSHA / IOSH certification required.
• Strong knowledge of UAE safety regulations and site safety practices.
• Experience conducting Toolbox Talks, scaffolding inspections, and routine safety inspections.
• Ability to prepare MSRA (Method Statements and Risk Assessments).
• Experience obtaining work permits and ensuring safety compliance on site.
