Job Description

We are currently seeking a qualified HSE Engineer with ADNOC approval to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The HSE Engineer will play a crucial role in supporting the implementation of health, safety, and environmental programs, ensuring compliance with ADNOC regulations and standards.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Have strong understanding of the HSE issues, practices and behavioral aspects in the Oil & Gas EPC business.
  2. Able to lead a team of HSE professionals such as HSE Engineers, Sr. HSE officers, HSE officers etc.
  3. Sound understanding of the HSE Management System and HSE legislative requirements.
  4. Broad knowledge and experience in audit processes.
  5. Competency in SSOW (PTW/ WMS/ Risk Assessment etc.)
  6. Ability to develop HSE plans, Emergency response procedures/plans.
  7. Ability to analyze incidents and apply root cause analysis techniques.
  8. Awareness of H2S hazards and control measures.
  9. Ability to speak, read & write English with good communication skills.
  10. Effective interpersonal and verbal & written communication skills.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor’s degree in relevant Engineering OR Science OR HSE discipline (from an institution of higher learning authorized to grant academic degrees in the country of issue)
  2. NEBOSH IGC or Equivalent (Subject to approval by ADNOC Group) Any other HSE certifications (considered at ADNOC Group discretion.
  3. Lead auditor ISO 45001/ ISO 14001 or equivalent.
  4. Incident Investigation techniques.
  5. Minimum 15 years’ with at least Minimum 3 Years as Lead HSE role in HSE in oil & gas or petrochemical industries,Construction, fabrication, installation and/or commissioning projects / operations in the
