The Work
You will turn real HR and people operations work into difficult, multi-step tasks that test how well AI systems handle workplace workflows. The work focuses on judgment, source materials, and clear evaluation rather than simple fact lookup.
- Design benchmark tasks based on payroll operations, workforce planning, policy application, and employee lifecycle processes.
- Create or source HR policies, payroll reports, headcount data, employment agreements, and other supporting materials.
- Write clear instructions and objective grading standards so qualified reviewers can reach consistent conclusions.
- Build tasks that require careful interpretation of several documents, spreadsheets, and reports.
- Identify tasks that are too ambiguous or cannot be graded reliably.
- Deliver approved work at the required quality level.
