TrueForge in Dubai is seeking an HR and Talent Acquisition Lead to shape people operations and recruiting strategy. You will lead efforts to attract, hire, and retain top talent while aligning HR policies with our mission to modernize legacy systems.

This role blends strategic planning with hands-on HR management, including onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement. You will partner with leadership to forecast hiring needs, build a strong employer brand, and ensure compliance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in HR and recruitment, including at least 2 years in a lead or managerial role.
• HR certification (SHRM-CP/SCP, CIPD, or equivalent) is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with HRIS systems and recruiting platforms (ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.), and experience implementing HR policies and programs.

Position Summary

You will lead efforts to attract, hire, and retain top talent, while also overseeing HR policies and programs that foster a high-performance, engaged team aligned with our mission to modernize legacy systems.

About the Role

In this role, you will have a dual focus on strategic talent acquisition and overall HR management. You'll design and implement hiring plans to scale our technical and consulting teams, ensuring we bring in professionals with the right skills for legacy modernization projects. At the same time, you'll manage HR operations including onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement. By nurturing a positive culture and implementing effective HR practices, you'll help TrueForge remain an attractive workplace for top tech talent.

What You'll Do

• Develop and execute end-to-end talent acquisition strategies to fill technical, consulting, and operational roles with high-caliber candidates.
• Manage the recruitment process: crafting job descriptions, sourcing candidates through various channels, screening and interviewing, and facilitating hiring decisions.
• Oversee HR operations such as onboarding, payroll/benefits administration, and compliance with UAE labor laws and regulations.
• Implement and update HR policies, performance review processes, and professional development programs to support employee growth and satisfaction.
• Work closely with leadership to forecast hiring needs and advise on organizational development, including team structures and succession planning.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the recruiting function, including employer branding initiatives and partnerships with universities or recruitment agencies, to build a strong talent pipeline.
• Ensure a smooth and positive experience for candidates and new hires, from initial contact through onboarding and integration into the team.
• Maintain HR records and reports, using data to identify trends in hiring, retention, and employee satisfaction to inform decisions.
• Advise management on HR best practices and regulatory requirements, making sure company policies remain compliant and effective.
• Champion company culture by organizing team-building activities, feedback surveys, and other engagement initiatives that align with TrueForge's values.

What We're Looking For

• Significant experience in human resources and talent acquisition, ideally within the tech or consulting industry.
• Strong understanding of modern recruiting techniques, employer branding, and what it takes to attract technical talent.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust at all levels and maintain confidentiality.
• Knowledge of UAE labor laws, visa processes, and HR compliance requirements.
• A strategic mindset with the ability to also handle details, comfortable both planning at a high level and executing day-to-day HR tasks.

Required Qualifications
