Job summary

The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of HR experience, particularly in the management of blue-collar labor, and a strong understanding of UAE labor laws. Excellent communication skills are required, along with proficiency in MS Office and HR software.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in HR, preferably in construction or contracting.
• Proven experience in recruiting and managing site staff.
• Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic, Hindi, or Urdu is a plus.
