We're looking for an approachable proactive and people-focused HR Specialist who is well versed in HR field to join our team in Dubai. If you're someone who loves connecting with people, building positive relationships, and ensuring smooth HR operations this could be the perfect role for you.

In this role you'll be the friendly go‑to person for employees and managers, supporting a variety of HR activities from onboarding new hires to keeping our systems and processes running efficiently. You'll also help improve the way we work, making HR processes easier and more effective for everyone.

What You’ll Do
  • Be the first point of contact for HR‑related questions, offering friendly and helpful guidance.
  • Support employee lifecycle activities, including onboarding, off‑boarding, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Keep HR systems updated and ensure information is correct and secure.
  • Assist with HR projects, employee engagement initiatives and training coordination.
  • Help improve processes to make them more efficient and employee‑friendly.
  • Work with the HR team to ensure compliance with company policies and local employment laws.
Qualifications
  • A people person with great communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • A collaborative team player who can also work independently.
  • HR experience in DMCC and ADAFZ is an advantage.
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic and fast‑paced environment.
