Zayed University is seeking an HR personnel responsible for managing UAE and GCC employee pension processes, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations while delivering high-quality HR services. The role entails handling various HR tasks including managing employee documentation, responding to inquiries, and processing applications efficiently. The Opportunity
The incumbent will be mainly responsible for the UAE and GCC national employees' pension process and support in delivering HR services at Zayed University, ensuring the University's benefits packages and related policies are applied in accordance with policies, procedures, and regulations. The job holder is also responsible for providing quality customer service and achieving the service level agreement.
Education & Experience
Must possess a Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution, with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
