We're looking for a Program Manager I to join our People Experience and Technology (PXT) for the AMET region based in Dubai. In this role, you'll support the execution of people programs and analyze business processes that enhance the employee experience across the Amazon Middle East, Turkey, and Africa region. You'll work with cross-functional teams to implement regional initiatives and provide data-driven insights that align with Amazon's people strategy and business goals throughout AMET.
