Job description
The Role

Our retail development client is looking for an organised, detail-oriented HR & PRO Executive to handle all HR and government relations activities across all their operations. This role ensures smooth employee management processes and full compliance with UAE labour and immigration laws.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the entire employee lifecycle — recruitment, onboarding, attendance, and offboarding.
  • Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and HR databases.
  • Support management with performance reviews, leave tracking, and payroll coordination.
  • Draft employment offers, warning letters, and other HR documentation.
  • Coordinate with the finance team on monthly payroll submissions and reimbursements.
  • Ensure HR policies and procedures align with UAE labour law and company culture.
  • Manage employee engagement activities and internal communications.
Public Relations (PRO)
  • Handle visa processing, renewals, cancellations, Emirates ID, and medicals for all staff.
  • Manage company trade licenses, tenancy contracts, and vehicle registrations renewals.
  • Coordinate with government entities such as MOHRE, Immigration, DED, DMT, and others.
  • Maintain strong working relationships with relevant authorities and typing centers.
  • Keep accurate tracking logs of all renewals, submissions, and approvals.
  • Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements for all operations.
Requirements
  • Minimum 7–10 years of experience in HR and PRO roles within the UAE.
  • Strong knowledge of UAE labour law and visa procedures.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic (written and spoken).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems.
  • Organised, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
  • Valid UAE driving licence preferred.
