Qualifications

• Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in HR operations within a professional services firm.
• Sound knowledge of HR policies and processes.
• Exposure to the management of PIPs, grievances, and disciplinaries.

Responsibilities

• Manage all HR matters and escalate to HR Operations Lead as needed.
• Provide insights for Talent Consultants & Talent Development.
• Deliver induction and WTEY for new joiners.
