  • Act as Project and Content Manager.
  • Lead and participate in HR projects such as policy updates, HR system implementations, and process improvements.
  • Manage HR data accuracy across all HR tools and systems.
  • Advise and guide managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Support business leaders and HRBPs with reports and dashboard-related queries.
  • Drive HR data integrity and reporting excellence.
