Job summary
A dynamic HR consulting firm in Dubai is seeking an HR Officer to support day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance with UAE labour laws. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in HR or Business Administration and 2–5 years of experience in HR operations. Responsibilities include managing recruitment processes, maintaining employee records, and supporting performance management initiatives.
Qualifications
- 2–5 years of experience in HR operations.
- Hands-on experience in Recruitment is highly preferred.
- Own or spouse visa preferred.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes across multiple roles and departments.
- Act as the first point of contact for employee queries and grievances.
- Maintain accurate employee records and personnel files.
- Assist in implementing performance appraisal systems and KPI tracking.
