- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a generalist HR or HR support role.
- Knowledge of HR policies, procedures and UAE Labour Law is desirable.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
Responsibilities
- Support the HR Officer with HR processes compliance.
- Coordinate onboarding and induction for new staff.
- Maintain accurate employee records in HRIS/ERP system.
- Assist with recruitment for non‑teaching roles.
- Support staff with HR-related queries.
- Manage employee relations matters.
- Assist in performance management processes.
- Prepare and maintain HR documentation.
- Provide administrative support for HR services.
