Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end HR operations including onboarding, offboarding, HRIS, employee records, payroll coordination, and leave management.
• Manage recruitment processes for faculty and administrative roles, including credential verification and visa processing.
• Ensure compliance with university policies, labor laws, and accreditation requirements (CAA, KHDA, international standards).
• Handle employee relations, performance management cycles, and HR policy updates.
• Coordinate training, development programs, HR reporting, and workforce planning.
• Work closely with PRO/government relations team on immigration, visas, and renewals.
• Provide HR support to academic leadership and ensure smooth semester start-ups.
