A leading banking institution is looking for an HR Operations Coordinator based in Abu Dhabi. Role: HR Operations Coordinator (UAE Nationals only)

Location: Abu Dhabi

Role Purpose:

To support the Employee Relations (ER) function by coordinating employee relations activities ensuring compliance with labor laws and internal policies and maintaining a positive and productive workplace culture across the bank.

Key Accountabilities of the role:
1. Employee Relations Support:
  • Act as a first point of contact for employees regarding HR policies grievances and workplace concerns.
  • Assist in the investigation and resolution of employee complaints and disciplinary cases.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential ER case records.
2. Policy and Compliance:
  • Prepare reports and documentation related to employee relations cases warnings and investigations.
3. Engagement and Communication:
  • Support initiatives to enhance employee engagement communication and workplace morale.
  • Assist in organizing employee feedback sessions surveys and recognition programs.
  • Maintain positive working relationships between HR management and staff.
4. HR Administration:
  • Maintain up-to-date employee relations metrics and reports for management.
  • Support exit interviews and analyze trends to reduce turnover and improve satisfaction.
  • Participate in HR audits and ensure compliance documentation is complete.
  • Responsible for approving the leave on the system
  • Control the time attendance reports if any misused.
  • Received mobility request.
  • EOS Calculation.
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field.
  • Solid understanding of UAE Labor Law
Specialist skills / technical knowledge required for this role:
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism.
  • Good analytical problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
