Job summary

A leading company in human resources based in Dubai seeks a HR professional to support the Compensation & Benefits department. You will manage insurance applications, maintain employee records, and ensure compliance with UAE labor laws. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field and possesses strong administrative skills. This is a full-time position with an emphasis on providing excellent service to employees.

Responsibilities

  • Process Insurance applications for new addition/deletion/amendment requests promptly.
  • Prepare & submit updated staff list to the Insurance Provider yearly.
  • Ensure submission of HR Dashboards to GHRD monthly.
  • Ensure all payroll-related entries for assigned companies are accurate on HRMS.
  • Manage Biometric enrolment for each employee on joining day.
  • Maintain office door access card database.
  • Maintain employee bank account records.
  • Control & maintain confidentiality of employee personnel files.
  • Manage and maintain HRMS electronic database accurately.
  • Issue company letters including Employee Certificates, NOC, etc.
  • Facilitate all business travel requests.
  • Verify Training Requisition and Business Travel Expense Reports.
  • Assist employees with HRMS access.
  • Complete all final settlement procedures for employees.
  • Attend to all employee requests within defined HR SLAs.
  • Respond to all employee queries clearly and timely.
